What happens after you send it

  3. A short consultation, if it looks like a fit. Fifteen to thirty minutes to understand the business and what the site has to achieve. No pitch deck.
  4. You get a scope and a price. Written down, page by page, with a fixed number. You decide from there — there is no obligation and we do not chase.

What to send, and what comes back

An accurate estimate needs three things: what the business does, what the website has to achieve, and roughly when it needs to be live. A link to your current site saves a round of questions, because most of what we would otherwise ask is already on it. Say so if you are replacing an existing site — keeping the rankings you already have changes both the work and the price.

An estimate from InceptiCode is a written scope, page by page, with a fixed number in Canadian dollars. Estimates are free and commit you to nothing. Nothing gets invoiced that was not agreed first, and the figure does not move partway through a build unless you ask for something that was not in the scope.

Projects that are not a fit get told so in the reply rather than quoted for anyway. A budget below the C$2,490 floor, or work outside what InceptiCode builds, is more useful to hear about in a day than to find out at the end of a proposal that was never realistic.

Whatever you send arrives in InceptiCode's own mailbox and is stored on InceptiCode's own server. One automatic email confirms it arrived; after that a person replies. Nothing is passed to a marketing platform, sold, or used to add you to a mailing list, and there is no drip sequence. The privacy policy sets out what is kept and for how long.
