Pricing
Starter stores from C$3,990. Growth stores typically C$5,900–C$8,900+. The difference is catalogue size, custom functionality and integrations — not a bigger markup.

What's included
Subscriptions, wholesale and B2B pricing, custom checkout functionality, ERP or inventory integrations and custom apps are quoted separately, in writing, before any work begins. Platform subscription fees (Shopify) and payment processing fees are paid by you directly to the provider — we do not mark them up or resell them.
How it works
No discovery invoices, no scope creep, no surprise change orders halfway through.
A short call or a form. What you do, who buys from you, what you want the website to bring in. No technical questions.
InceptiCode comes back with a page-by-page plan and a fixed price. You approve it before anything is designed or built.
The key pages are designed properly, with your content in them rather than a wireframe. Two rounds of revisions are built into the price.
The approved design gets built — responsive, fast, with forms and tracking wired up as part of the work.
A staging link goes to you, and you go through it properly. Content, links, forms, phone numbers. Anything wrong gets fixed before launch.
InceptiCode handles DNS, hosting and the cutover, submits the sitemap to Google, and confirms tracking is recording. Then we stay reachable.
Why InceptiCode
Large Toronto agencies quote five figures before anyone has discussed your catalogue. Stores here start at C$3,990, and a substantial store is typically C$5,900–C$8,900+. Same standard of work, without paying for someone else's office.
Tax by province, real shipping rules, a checkout that works on a phone, and an order flow you can actually fulfil. That is where stores fail — not in the homepage design.
Shopify when the monthly fee buys you hosting, security and PCI compliance you would otherwise have to manage. WooCommerce when you need unusual pricing rules or want to avoid platform fees. We will tell you the real ongoing cost of each.
The Opti4Club build below is live and selling, with a full catalogue, cart, checkout, customer accounts and a bilingual right-to-left interface. Open it and put something in the basket.
E-commerce tracking set up so you can see which products, which pages and which traffic sources actually produce orders — not just how many people visited.
The domain, the platform account, the theme and the data are yours. If you outgrow us, you leave with everything, and we will help with the handover.
FAQ
Shopify if you want the platform to handle hosting, security, payments and PCI compliance for a monthly fee, and you are happy working within its structure. WooCommerce if you already run WordPress, need unusual product or pricing rules, or want to avoid platform transaction fees. We will make a recommendation based on your catalogue and how you operate — and tell you the real trade-offs, including the ongoing costs.
Yes. We migrate products, variants, collections, customers, and order history where the platforms allow it. The part that matters most is URL mapping — an unmapped store migration can lose you every product page Google has indexed. We map and redirect them as part of the work.
GST, HST and PST are configured by province, so a customer in Ontario is charged 13% HST and a customer in Alberta is charged 5% GST without you doing anything manually. If you sell outside Canada we will set up the rules for that too.
We set up the payment methods Canadian shoppers expect — cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Shop Pay or PayPal if you want them — and configure shipping rates for the way you actually ship: flat rate, by weight, by region, free over a threshold, or local pickup.
A store is a website plus a catalogue, plus payments, plus tax, plus shipping, plus the operational side of getting orders out. That is why stores start at C$3,990 rather than C$2,490, and why a substantial store is typically C$5,900–C$8,900+. Catalogue size, custom functionality, subscriptions or B2B pricing, and integrations with inventory or accounting systems are what move the number.
A straightforward business website is usually three to five weeks from approved scope to launch. Larger sites and online stores typically run six to ten weeks. The single biggest factor is how quickly content and feedback come back from your side — we will tell you the honest timeline for your project before you commit, not an optimistic one.
Yes. You own the domain, the hosting account, the website files, the design and the content. Everything is registered in your name, and you get the logins. If you ever decide to work with someone else, you take it all with you and we will help with the handover.
Hosting is not included in the build price, and we deliberately keep it in your name rather than reselling it to you. We will recommend a suitable host for your site, set it up, and hand you the account. Typical hosting for a business site runs a few hundred dollars a year, paid directly to the host.
Yes. We build on platforms you can edit without a developer, and we show you how — text, images, prices, new pages, blog posts. For anything structural you can come back to us, but day-to-day changes should not require an invoice.
Launch is not the last conversation. We stay available for the settling-in period, confirm your analytics and Search Console are reporting correctly, and fix anything that turns out to be wrong with the build. Ongoing maintenance and support are available separately if you want them — they are not compulsory.
Catalogue size, how you ship, whether you are migrating. A minute of information and you get a real scope and a fixed price.
Call us and you get a person, not a queue. We normally reply within one business day.
