This page covers use of this website only. It does not govern project work. Any project we take on should be covered by a separate signed agreement setting out scope, payment schedule, ownership and intellectual property transfer, liability and termination. Both this page and that agreement need review by a qualified Ontario lawyer before this site handles production traffic.

Pricing shown on this site
Prices on this website are starting prices in Canadian dollars and are indicative, not a binding offer. Business websites start at C$2,490 and online stores at C$3,990; the ranges shown reflect what comparable projects typically cost.
Your actual price is the one we give you in writing after understanding your requirements. That written quote is the number that governs, and we will not change it once you have accepted it unless you ask for something that was not in the agreed scope — in which case we will price that separately and you decide before we build it.
Prices exclude applicable taxes and any third-party costs you pay directly.
Estimates and enquiries
Submitting the form on this website does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. We may decline a project, and you are free to walk away at any point before a written agreement is signed.

The projects in our portfolio are real websites we built, and they are linked so you can verify that for yourself. Those businesses own their own brands, trade marks and content; showing them here is not a claim of ownership, nor an endorsement of us by them unless stated. Screenshots reflect the sites as they were when captured, and the owners may have changed them since.

The text, design, code and images on this site — other than client brands and screenshots — belong to InceptiCode. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share links to it. Please do not copy it wholesale to publish as your own.
