Optimum Auto Glass — a vehicle-first quote flow across 13 service areas
An auto glass site that asks for the vehicle first, explains ADAS and insurance plainly, and has a landing page for every service, area and vehicle people search.
Built by InceptiCode for Optimum Auto Glass, automotive — auto glass in GTA & the Golden Horseshoe. The site is live at optimumautoglass.ca and runs on WordPress, custom theme · Google Site Kit.

The problem
Auto glass is an urgent, comparison-heavy purchase with a lot of buyer anxiety attached: what will insurance cover, does my car need recalibration afterwards, and will the price I am quoted be the price I pay. A site that does not answer those loses the call to one that does.
What we built
- A vehicle-first quote start — year, make, model — with damage details and photo upload on the following step
- Eight service pages: windshield replacement and repair, stone chip repair, ADAS calibration, mobile service, back glass, door and side glass, sunroof and moonroof
- Thirteen service-area pages from Toronto and Mississauga out to Hamilton, Oshawa and King City
- Fifteen vehicle-make pages, including Tesla, Subaru, BMW and Mercedes-Benz
- A plain-English ADAS section explaining why a modern windshield needs recalibration
- An insurance explainer covering how a claim actually works on an auto glass job
- A mobile-service section that states the honest limits of mobile work rather than overselling it
- Guides section, warranty page and published pricing information
- Google Analytics and Search Console connected at launch via Site Kit
What exists now
- Live at optimumautoglass.ca with quote capture on every page
- Thirty-six landing pages across services, service areas and vehicle makes
- Photo upload built into the quote flow so estimates can be given without an inspection
- Analytics and Search Console connected and reporting from launch
We do not publish performance percentages for this project. We do not have client analytics we are permitted to share, and a number we cannot evidence is worth less than nothing.
The decisions that mattered
Ask for the car, not the customer
The first three fields are year, make and model — facts the visitor can answer without commitment and without giving up personal details. Contact details come after they are already invested in the flow.
Answer the expensive questions before the call
ADAS calibration and insurance coverage are the two things that make people hesitate. Both get their own plainly-written section, so the phone call starts from a better place.
Honest limits build more trust than claims
The mobile service section is headed "Mobile service, and the honest limits of it". Saying what you cannot do in a cold snap is more persuasive than claiming you can do everything.
No invented reviews
The reviews block on the live site says reviews are being connected. It stays a placeholder until real ones exist — the same standard applied to this site.
What we were solving
Auto glass buyers are in a hurry and slightly worried. There is a crack spreading across their windshield, they half-suspect it will be expensive, and they have heard something about cameras needing recalibration. They will call whoever makes the next step feel obvious.
The structure
The quote begins with the vehicle, not the person. Year, make, model — three facts a driver can supply instantly and without feeling sold to. Damage details and photos come on the second step, and contact details last, once the visitor has already invested effort.
Around that sits a landing-page grid built to match real search behaviour on three axes: the service (“windshield replacement”), the area (“auto glass Oakville”), and the vehicle (“Tesla windshield replacement”). Thirty-six pages, each one a legitimate entry point that funnels into the same quote flow.
The parts that matter commercially
Two sections exist purely to remove hesitation before the phone rings. The ADAS section explains, without jargon, why a modern windshield is part of a safety system and what recalibration involves. The insurance section walks through how a claim actually runs.
Both cost nothing to build and take the two hardest objections off the table before a single conversation starts.
